I have backflow test report data (from PDFs, spreadsheets, or handwritten notes) that I need to import into FlowTrack Pro. Please convert my data into a CSV with these exact column headers: Customer First Name,Customer Last Name,Company Name,Phone,Email,Location Name,Location Address,Location City,Location State,Location ZIP,Location Contact,Location Phone,Device Type,Serial Number,Manufacturer,Model,Size,Location on Property,Service Type,Hazard Level,Install Date,Next Test Date,Test Date,Test Result,CV1 Initial,CV1 Final,CV2 Initial,CV2 Final,RP Initial,RP Final,Test Notes Rules: - One row per device (if a customer has 3 devices, that's 3 rows with the same customer info) - Customer First Name + Last Name identify the customer. Leave blank if not applicable (e.g. DC devices have no RP reading) - Test Notes: any observations, repair notes, or comments from the test report - If any field is unknown, leave it blank — don't guess Here is my data: [PASTE YOUR DATA HERE]
