I have backflow test report data (from PDFs, spreadsheets, or handwritten notes) that I need to import into FlowTrack Pro. Please convert my data into a CSV with these exact column headers:

Rules:
- One row per device (if a customer has 3 devices, that's 3 rows with the same customer info)
- Customer First Name + Last Name identify the customer. If it's a business, put the business name in Company Name and optionally in Last Name
- Location Name = a label for the service address (e.g. "Main Building", "North Campus"). Use the street address if no name given
- Location Address/City/State/ZIP = where the device physically is (may differ from customer billing address)
- Device Type must be one of: RP (Reduced Pressure), DC (Double Check), PVB (Pressure Vacuum Breaker), SVB (Spill-Resistant Vacuum Breaker), RPDA (Reduced Pressure Detector), DCDA (Double Check Detector), AVB (Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker), AG (Air Gap)
- Size should include quotes: 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10"
- Service Type: Irrigation, Domestic, Fire, Commercial, or Industrial
- Hazard Level: low, moderate, or high
- Dates should be YYYY-MM-DD format
- Test Result: pass or fail
- CV1/CV2/RP readings are PSI values (decimals OK). Leave blank if not applicable (e.g. DC devices have no RP reading)
- Test Notes: any observations, repair notes, or comments from the test report
- If any field is unknown, leave it blank — don't guess
