FlowTrack Pro sends SMS text messages on behalf of backflow testing companies to remind property owners and managers when their backflow prevention devices are due for annual testing. Messages may include:
Consent is collected by your backflow testing company when you provide your phone number as a customer. By providing your phone number to your testing company and agreeing to receive communications, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your backflow device testing schedule.
Your testing company enables SMS notifications through FlowTrack Pro's platform settings. Messages are only sent when both:
Message frequency varies. Typically you will receive up to 3 messages per device per year (at 90, 60, and 30 days before the annual test due date). You will not receive more than 10 messages per month.
You can opt out at any time by:
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Message and data rates may apply. FlowTrack Pro does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply.
