Can I migrate from a spreadsheet?

FlowTrack ships a drag-drop PDF importer (the FEAT-QW-01 multi-file workflow) for old paper test records. We don't have a CSV/Excel importer yet. If your records are in a spreadsheet, email a sample to support@flowtrackpro.net and we'll handle migration during your free trial — usually 1-2 business days.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

30-day read-only grace window after you cancel. Full data export (ZIP with JSON + per-table CSVs for customers, devices, tests, work orders, scheduled jobs, invoices, audit log, team) anytime via Settings → Data Export. After the 30 days as a grace window, your company record is anonymized — customer/device/test records deleted, the company shell tombstoned, audit log identity-stripped for compliance retention. See /security#deletion for the technical detail.

Are there setup fees?

No setup fees, ever. Pricing is month-to-month per tier — Starter $99, Pro $249, Enterprise $499. The ROI calculator on the homepage (/#roi) shows most shops pay back FlowTrack in days, not months. Plan changes are prorated and take effect immediately.

Do you provide onboarding help?

Email support@flowtrackpro.net during your free trial. We handle migration setup, district form upload, and team account creation directly. Most shops are processing tests in FlowTrack within 3 business days of signup. Enterprise customers also get a scheduled 1-hour onboarding call.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks?

FlowTrack exports invoices as a CSV that imports directly into QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. One-click from Invoices → Export CSV. We don't have a live API integration yet — but the CSV round-trips cleanly with no manual cleanup.

Do you integrate with ServiceTitan?

Two-way sync with ServiceTitan: customers, work orders, scheduled jobs. Encrypted OAuth2 token storage, HMAC webhook signature verification, 15-minute drift-detection cron, Settings UI for connection management. Is FlowTrack HIPAA compliant?

Backflow testing data isn't Protected Health Information, so HIPAA doesn't apply to FlowTrack. We follow standard B2B SaaS security practices: TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest via Supabase, daily logical backups with 7-day retention (Supabase Pro), tenant-isolated at the Postgres row-level-security layer (every query re-checks company_id ownership). What if my city isn't pre-loaded?

We pre-load 40+ Orange County water districts. If your district isn't on the list, upload the district's PDF form template via Settings → Districts. FlowTrack auto-extracts the fillable form fields using Claude Vision and Tesseract OCR. New districts go live within 5 business days of upload.

Will my non-technical techs be able to use it?

Field mode is built for the truck cab, not the office. Three taps to record a test, big touch targets, photo uploads with offline fallback queue, GPS auto-fill from the device QR scan. Your techs don't need training — if they can use a smartphone, they can use FlowTrack.

Am I locked into a contract?

Month-to-month, every tier. No annual contracts, no lock-in. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — your account stays read-only for 30 days after cancellation (full data export still available). Plans are month-to-month by default. If you want to lock in an annual rate (2 months free, billed up front), email support@flowtrackpro.net.
